I was visiting one of my close friends, Barb, over the weekend and she was showing me some items she bought recently. The clothes she bought for herself and her hubby were really nice. But, the most interesting thing she told me was where she bought them and how much she paid. I was really amazed and wanted to know how I could find great deals like what she did. Making Christmas a little more special by watching our favorite movies

As soon as Halloween is over, really, I start watching all kinds of Christmas movies nonstop. It's really easy with all of the Lifetime original movies and other similar things. My daughter and I really love watching these movies together. Now that she's in college, we don't get to watch them together until she's finished with her exams. So I like to save most of them for when she is going to be home.

I was online looking up some info on new movies about a week ago or so, when I came across the site http://hearingaids.miracle-ear.com/hearing-locations/iowa/d/des-moines/. I've been having to turn up the TV volume so loud lately, that I thought going in for a hearing test would be worth a shot.

Our most favorite Christmas movie, though, is Elf Christmas movie, despite it not being a cheesy made for TV one. I just think that it's so cute and Buddy is such a na•ve guy that it makes everything that much funnier. I don't think that I'll ever really get sick of watching that movie or watching any Christmas movies with my daughter!

Cards

They played some cards and video games.  Right now, she's sleeping so soundly in her bed.  She didn't have a nap so she was really tired after we got back from home.  I guess I need to go to bed too because I need to get up early in the morning
tomorrow.

Tables

When the summer comes, I was thinking of buying some Adirondack chairs for us to use in the backyard. We just moved to a new place and our backyard has no furniture at all. Also, I was looking for picnic tables since we spend a lot of time on our patio during summer time. We love the outdoors and having nice tables and chairs is really important for us. I had a lot of spare time this afternoon because our daughter is taking a nap.

I went surfing for playground equipment we can put in our backyard. Luckily, I found this great place that has a wide selection of park benches to choose from.
